Family Mini Sessions 9/19/09

What can I do in 20 minutes? See for yourself! These are some shots from the 20 minute mini sessions at Gateway Park - I got to meet some amazing families!

Jennifer is so talented and creative! We were able to be ourselves in a natural environment and she made us look like professionals! Her "helper" Jace was a Godsend for our 2 year old! Jace was able to keep Blaine's attention by flashing pictures of Handy Manny behind Jennifer while she captured some wonderful shots! These are the best family pictures we've ever had taken. I love the fact the Jennifer gives you so many choices for each shot and then we were able to make as many prints as we wanted with her CD. Whether you're in the mood for color, black and white, or even sepia, the quality within each photo is amazing! Jennifer does beautiful work and her patience is second to none. I would recommend her in a heartbeat! Thanks so much Jennifer!

We recently had the great pleasure in having Jennifer take photos of our 2 children. With that said, our 11yr old son, does not like taking pictures, but Jennifer knew how to pull him out of his shell. As for our daughter, well she just loves being in front of the camera. As soon as Jennifer emailed me a sneak peak of their photos, I was speechless. AMAZING, is all I could say, and it just made us even more excited to see the rest of them. Within, a few days we had a disk of all of the pictures she had taken of the kids, with many options of each one of them. It was not long after we decided to have Jennifer take some family photos, which is a dreaded thing for me, because I hate most pictures of myself. Jennifer knew just how to position all of us, for them to look natural and not posed. We ended up with some of the BEST pictures that we have ever had taken.
Jennifer Blackwell is by far an AMAZING and TALENTED photographer, and I would recommend her to everyone out there. Our family will most definitely have Jennifer take many more pictures in the future for us.

On a recent trip home to see family, we planned on having our family pictures taken. With two young children, professional photos have usually turned out just mediocre at best. I am so thankful that we found Jennifer! For once I wasn't stressed out about someone not smiling or the baby having a meltdown. Jennifer just has a way about her that makes you comfortable! It felt like a member of our family was taking our pictures!

We received our photo CD and I was so excited to pop it in the computer and see how our pictures turned out. Amazing! These are the best photos that our family has ever taken. I wish she lived in Las Vegas so that we could have pictures taken more often... I'd probably have an appointment booked every day! Call her and schedule an appointment...you will never go back to a department store portrait studio again! She totally rocks!

Jennifer Blackwell is an amazing photographer that I enjoyed working with. As a senior, I was a little skeptical about getting senior portraits because of the often high prices and distasteful pictures I often see, however when I saw the work of Jennifer, my doubts quickly dissipated. This was my first opportunity to allow Jennifer to photograph a member of my family and I had to choose the hardest subject, my absolutely beautiful yet reluctant 16 year old. Jennifer was however a true professional, she pulled my daughter into the session having never met her before and in the end my daughter felt good about having the pictures. When we first saw them, she exclaimed; "I look so pretty, she did a great job, and it was fun"! We had all the pictures from her shoot in LESS THAN ONE WEEK ( again above and beyond what others offer), the price was very reasonable, and I have amazing Senior Portraits that capture who my daughter really is and not a carbon copy studio sitting.
